Blaine Tucker handled a disabling auto accident involving my mentally ill brother, who was holding his bicycle in the median of a major intersection when a car landed on him breaking his leg and fracturing his pelvis. Blaine met with us several times, identified the parties, filed the pleadings, did the discovery and negotiated a fair, reasonable settlement under the circumstances.
